How long does delivery take?
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days, then typically arrive in 5–12 business days depending on where you are. Tracking is emailed to you automatically as soon as it ships.
Does it come ready to give?
Yes. Every piece arrives in a gift pouch or box, and the pieces that include a message card are sent with it already inside — so you can hand it straight over.
What if it isn't right?

How do I find my ring size?
Only the Rotating Anxiety Ring is sold in numbered sizes. Our Sizing & Care page has a measure-at-home method and a full US size chart. If you're between sizes, size up.
Will the plating wear off?
Kept dry it holds its colour for a long time. Put jewellery on after perfume and lotion, take it off before showering or swimming, and wipe it with a soft cloth after wearing. Full care notes are on the Sizing & Care page.
