Shipping
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Delivery then typically takes 5–12 business days depending on your location. You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

Where we ship
We ship to the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom and the European Union. If your country isn't available at checkout, we don't currently ship there — email us and we'll let you know if that changes.
Customs and duties
Orders shipped outside Canada and the United States may be subject to import duties or taxes charged by your local customs authority. These are not included in our prices and are the responsibility of the recipient.
If your parcel is delayed
Tracking occasionally pauses for a few days while a parcel moves between carriers or clears customs. If your tracking hasn't updated in 10 business days, email us and we'll chase it. If a parcel is confirmed lost, we'll replace it or refund you in full.
Returns & Exchanges
You have 30 days from delivery to return an item. Pieces should come back unworn and in their original pouch or gift box.
How to start a return
- Email support@CalderCo.com with your order number and the item you'd like to return.
- We'll send you return instructions and the return address within 24 hours.
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days of us receiving the item.
Return postage is paid by you unless the item arrived faulty, damaged, or wasn't what you ordered — in which case we cover it and refund you in full including shipping.
Exchanges
Ordered the wrong ring size or want a different colour? Email us and we'll arrange an exchange. Our Sizing & Care guide can help you get it right first time.
For hygiene reasons we can't accept returns on earrings or earring backings once the sealed packaging has been opened, unless the item arrived faulty.
