Where do you ship and what does it cost?
We serve the US, Canada, UK and selected EU countries. Standard shipping is $5.99 USD, with free standard shipping available for qualifying orders of $50 USD or more. See the Shipping Policy for the configured destinations and check the final rates at checkout.
How long will my order take?
Times depend on the item and destination. Email support@shopcalderco.com before ordering for the current processing and delivery estimate. If you have a gift deadline, confirm it with us first.
What is included?
Read the product description and select the exact style and colour you want. For packaging or message-card questions, contact us before ordering. Personalised engraving is not offered on the book-necklace listings.
What are the materials and measurements?
These vary by design. Contact us to confirm material, chain length or bracelet and ring measurements before ordering. We do not promise waterproof or allergy-free performance.
How do I choose a ring size?
The Rotating Anxiety Ring offers US sizes 5–12. Other rings have no numbered size selector. See our Sizing & Care page and contact us to confirm fit.
Can I return an item?
Request a return within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, undamaged and in their original packaging. Email support@shopcalderco.com before sending anything back. Opened earrings and earring backings are excluded unless faulty. See our Refund Policy for full conditions.
